A wonderful opportunity to see the spices that Zanzibar is famous for. You will see Cloves, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Nutmeg, Turmeric root and many more spices together with tropical fruits such as Jackfruit, Custard, Shoki Shoki, Rambutan, Star fruit and others depending on the season.
This excursion is a walking guided tour through a spice plantation just outside of StoneTown, which will fill all your senses as you get to literally smell , touch taste and feel your surroundings!
You will discover the amazing properties of the different spices and see plants like the Hyena Bush, Lipstick tree, the aromatic Lemongrass, langilangi and how they actually grow.
